Led by Tiger Saelee, the pharmacy supports a growing network of a dozen hospice providers and LTC facilities, with reliable delivery coordination and responsive clinical support. Services now extend to both hospice and long-term care environments across the region.

Proveri Pharmacy Services provides pharmacy support for assisted living communities, residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFE), congregate living health facilities (CLHF), and skilled nursing facilities (SNF) throughout the region. Our focus is simple: making medication management easier for facility staff while ensuring residents receive safe, reliable pharmacy care.
Each facility we serve is assigned a dedicated account representative who becomes familiar with the building, the residents, and the facility’s workflow. This ensures that when staff call the pharmacy, they are speaking with someone who already understands their needs and can resolve issues quickly. Because we are an independent pharmacy with active ownership involvement, we are able to remain nimble, responsive, and easy to work with. Providing Compounding & Specialized Medications in Fresno, CA
Proveri Pharmacy offers non-sterile compounding to support patients who require customized medication formulations. Compounding services include: suppositories, transdermal gels (ABH), Magic Mouth Wash formulations, and suspensions. Our pharmacy is also preparing to expand into sterile compounding services in the future.
Dedicated Delivery Network
To ensure reliable medication access, Proveri Pharmacy Services operates its own dedicated delivery network, created specifically to serve our pharmacy patients and partner facilities.
Rather than relying on third-party couriers, we built and operate our own delivery service so we can maintain full control over medication logistics, response times, and accountability. This allows us to provide timely routine deliveries as well as STAT and after-hours medication deliveries when urgent needs arise.
Our delivery network was designed around the needs of hospice and long-term care providers, ensuring medications reach patients quickly and reliably when they are needed most.
